Corelia es una web de reservas con app instalable (PWA con avisos push, sin App Store ni Google Play) y un panel de gestión para estudios de pilates, yoga, barre y fitness. Nació en un estudio de pilates real de la Costa del Sol (España). Hay dos versiones del mismo programa:

- **Corelia Cloud** (servicio en la nube, multi-estudio): alta en autoservicio en 2 minutos, web en <estudio>.trycorelia.com, 3 meses gratis sin tarjeta con todo incluido (nivel Pro).
- **Corelia open source** (licencia AGPL-3.0): gratis para quien lo instala en su propio servidor (Railway en un clic, unos 5-10 € al mes, o Docker). Soporte de comunidad.

Sin comisión por reserva: los pagos online van directos a la cuenta de Stripe del estudio. Servidores en la Unión Europea. Los datos son del estudio y se pueden exportar. Web de las clientas en español e inglés; el panel y los emails, en español.

- **Centros**: 99 €/mes o 990 €/año (hasta 3 sedes · 19 €/mes por sede extra). Para cadenas y estudios con varias sedes. La web muestra los precios en la moneda del país de la visita (EUR, USD, MXN, CAD, GBP, COP, ARS, CLP, PEN, BRL, CHF); hay un selector «País y moneda». Fuera de la UE y el Reino Unido, los impuestos dependen del país.

## Funciones

### Para tus clientas

- Horario y fichas de clase: Todo tu horario y una ficha para cada clase, en español y en inglés.
- Reserva en dos toques: Con sus créditos o con tarjeta, si quieres cobrar online (Stripe, opcional).
- Bonos y membresías: Bonos de clases y cuotas mensuales que pueden comprar ellas mismas.
- Su propia cuenta: Ven sus próximas clases y cancelan dentro del plazo que tú decidas.
- Clases fijas: Su clase de siempre se reserva sola cada semana.
- App en el móvil con avisos: Se instala desde la web, sin App Store ni Google Play. Avisa al confirmar, 2 h antes de la clase y si cambia algo.
- Entrar con Google: Se registran en un toque con su cuenta de Google, o con su email.

### Para ti y tu equipo

- Clases, salas e instructores: Y horarios con fecha de efecto: «desde el lunes 3, a las 10:00».
- Vacaciones y cierres: Cierres, festivos y clases privadas. Avisa a quien tenía reserva y le devuelve el crédito solo.
- Clientas y créditos: Clientas, créditos, bonos, membresías y cupones en un mismo sitio.
- Estadísticas: Ocupación, reservas y ventas para decidir con datos.

- Tu dirección en internet: Empiezas en tuestudio.trycorelia.com y, con el plan Pro, pasas a tu propio dominio (tuestudio.com).
- Lista para Google: Las páginas llegan completas a Google, rápidas y bien ordenadas.
- Tu estudio en el mapa: Le cuenta a Google tu dirección, horario, clases, precios y preguntas frecuentes.
- Preparada para ChatGPT y compañía: Un resumen especial para asistentes de IA y aviso automático a Bing y ChatGPT cuando cambias algo.

## Preguntas frecuentes

- **¿Necesito tarjeta para la prueba?** No. Te registras con tu email y tienes 3 meses gratis con todo incluido (nivel Pro). Sin tarjeta y sin compromiso.
- **¿Qué pasa al acabar los 3 meses?** Te avisamos antes. Si te quedas, eliges el plan que mejor te encaje. Si no, tu web pasa a modo solo lectura (nadie puede reservar) y puedes exportar todos tus datos. No te cobramos nada sin que tú lo decidas.
- **¿Hay permanencia?** Ninguna. Pagas mes a mes (o al año, con dos meses gratis) y cancelas cuando quieras desde tu panel.
- **¿Cumple el RGPD? ¿Dónde están los servidores?** Los servidores están en la Unión Europea. Al registrarte aceptas el contrato de encargo del tratamiento (art. 28 del RGPD), y tu web incluye sus textos legales con tus datos. La web de tu estudio no necesita cookies de publicidad.
- **¿Mis datos son míos?** Sí, siempre. Puedes exportar tus clientas, bonos y reservas cuando quieras. Y como Corelia es de código abierto, si un día te vas puedes seguir usándolo por tu cuenta con tus datos.
- **¿Puedo usar mi propio dominio?** Sí, con el plan Pro (también durante la prueba). Empiezas en tuestudio.trycorelia.com y cuando quieras conectas tuestudio.com. Si aún no tienes dominio, te explicamos cómo comprar uno a tu nombre (suele costar unos 10-15 € al año, aparte).
- **¿Desde qué email reciben los avisos mis clientas?** En el plan Esencial, desde el email de la plataforma con el nombre de tu estudio. En Pro, desde tu propio Gmail o el correo de tu dominio, así te responden directamente a ti.
- **¿Cobráis comisión por reserva o por pago?** No. Pagas tu cuota fija y ya. Si activas el pago con tarjeta, conectas tu propia cuenta de Stripe y el dinero va directo a ella: Stripe cobra su tarifa habitual, pero nosotros no nos quedamos nada. Sin Stripe también funciona: vendes los bonos en el estudio y añades los créditos desde el panel.
- **¿Y si tengo varios centros?** El plan Centros es para ti: hasta 3 sedes por 99 €/mes (+19 € por cada sede extra), con una sola cuenta para cada clienta, créditos que valen en todas tus sedes, un panel con todos los centros e informes por sede. Te acompañamos en el alta.
- **¿Open source o Cloud? ¿Qué diferencia hay?** Es el mismo programa. Con Corelia Cloud nos ocupamos de todo (servidores, copias, actualizaciones y soporte) y empiezas en 2 minutos. La versión open source es gratis para quien se la monta en su propio servidor (unos 5-10 €/mes) y se la mantiene; el soporte es el de la comunidad.
- **¿Mis clientas tienen que descargarse algo?** No hace falta: reservan desde la web. Si quieren, la instalan en su móvil desde el navegador en dos toques, sin tiendas de apps. En iPhone, los avisos funcionan una vez añadida a la pantalla de inicio.
- **¿En qué idiomas está?** La web de tus clientas está en español y en inglés, ideal si tienes alumnas extranjeras. El panel y los emails están en español.
- **¿Funciona fuera de España? ¿En qué moneda?** Sí. Al darte de alta eliges tu país y tu zona horaria, y tus horarios y recordatorios van con tu hora local. Los precios de Corelia te los mostramos en la moneda de tu país (puedes cambiarla con el selector «País y moneda»). Tus clientas pagan online en la moneda de tu estudio (pesos, dólares, euros…) a través de tu propia cuenta de Stripe, y la web muestra los precios con el formato de tu país.

# English

Corelia is a booking website with an installable app (PWA with push notifications, no App Store or Google Play) and an admin panel for Pilates, yoga, barre and fitness studios. It was born in a real Pilates studio on Spain’s Costa del Sol. There are two versions of the same software:

- **Corelia Cloud** (hosted, multi-studio): self-service sign-up in 2 minutes, site at <studio>.trycorelia.com, 3 months free with no card and everything included (Pro level).
- **Corelia open source** (AGPL-3.0 license): free for anyone who runs it on their own server (one-click Railway, about $5–10 a month, or Docker). Community support.

No booking fees: online payments go straight to the studio’s own Stripe account. Servers in the European Union. The studio owns its data and can export it. The clients’ site is in English and Spanish; the admin panel and emails are in Spanish for now.

The website shows prices in the visitor’s currency (EUR, USD, MXN, CAD, GBP, COP, ARS, CLP, PEN, BRL, CHF), with a “Country & currency” selector. Outside the EU and the UK, taxes depend on the country.

## FAQ

- **Do I need a card for the trial?** No. Sign up with your email and get 3 months free with everything included (Pro level). No card, no commitment.
- **What happens after the 3 months?** We’ll remind you before it ends. If you stay, pick the plan that fits. If not, your site switches to read-only (nobody can book) and you can export all your data. We never charge you unless you decide to.
- **Is there a contract?** No. Pay monthly (or yearly, with two months free) and cancel anytime from your panel.
- **Is it GDPR compliant? Where are the servers?** Our servers are in the European Union. When you sign up you accept the data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28), and your site includes legal pages with your details. Your studio’s site doesn’t need advertising cookies.
- **Is my data mine?** Yes, always. Export your clients, packs and bookings whenever you want. And since Corelia is open source, if you ever leave you can keep running it yourself with your data.
- **Can I use my own domain?** Yes, on Pro (during the trial too). You start at yourstudio.trycorelia.com and connect yourstudio.com whenever you’re ready. No domain yet? We’ll show you how to buy one in your own name (usually around $10–15 a year, paid separately).
- **Which email address do my clients get notifications from?** On Essential, from the platform’s address with your studio’s name. On Pro, from your own Gmail or your domain’s email, so replies come straight to you.
- **Do you take a cut of bookings or payments?** No. You pay your flat fee and that’s it. If you turn on card payments, you connect your own Stripe account and the money goes straight there: Stripe charges its usual fee, but we take nothing. It also works without Stripe: sell packs at the studio and add the credits from your panel.
- **What if I have several locations?** The Multi-site plan is for you: up to 3 locations for $99/mo (+$19 per extra location), one account per client, credits that work at every location, one panel for all of them and reports by location. We’ll help you get set up.
- **Open source or Cloud? What’s the difference?** It’s the same software. With Corelia Cloud we handle everything (servers, backups, updates and support) and you’re up and running in 2 minutes. The open-source version is free if you host and maintain it yourself (about $5–10 a month for the server); support comes from the community.
- **Do my clients need to download anything?** No: they book on your website. If they like, they can install it on their phone from the browser in two taps, no app store. On iPhone, notifications work once it’s added to the home screen.
- **Which languages does it come in?** Your clients’ site and app are in English and Spanish. The admin panel and emails are in Spanish for now — tell us if you need them in English.
- **Does it work outside Spain? Which currency?** Yes. When you sign up you choose your country and time zone, and your schedule and reminders run on your local time. We show Corelia’s prices in your currency (switch it with the “Country & currency” selector). Your clients pay online in your studio’s currency (pesos, dollars, euros…) through your own Stripe account, and your site shows prices in your country’s format.
