Automatic waitlist and cancellations
When a class fills up, clients join the waitlist. If someone cancels, the spot is offered to the next person and they get a notification.
You set the cancellation window (say, up to 12 hours before). Cancel in time and the credit comes back; cancel late and it’s used, no arguments.
Recurring spots
For clients who always come on the same day and time: hold their spot and it books itself every week while they have credits or a membership.
