1. Credits
A credit is the unit used to book. You decide how many each class uses. That way one pack works for all your classes and you don’t need a pack per class type.
1 credit = 1 class
Clients buy credits (one at a time, in a pack or with their membership) and each class uses as many as you decide. So one pack works for all your classes.
A mat class costs 1 credit; a reformer class, 2.
2. What you sell: drop-ins, packs and memberships
Each product gives credits with an expiry date. A drop-in gives 1 (or whatever that class uses); a pack, as many as you set; a membership, that month’s credits, renewing automatically.
What you sell
| Product | How it works | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Drop-in class | Pay for one class and book it. Great for first-timers. | $28 |
| Credit pack | A bundle of credits with an expiry date (e.g. 10 credits for 3 months). | $240 |
| Monthly membership | Credits every month (e.g. 8 classes) that renew automatically. | $179 |
Sample prices: you set your own, in your studio’s currency.
3. Online or at the studio
Use one, the other or both at once. Many owners sell packs online and take payment in person from clients who prefer the front desk.
Two ways to get paid, at the same time if you like
-
Online Stripe handles it
- Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and your country’s local methods.
- Money reaches your bank in 2–7 days.
- Turn it on with “Connect payments” in about 10 minutes.
-
At the studio You keep track
- Cash, bank transfer or card terminal.
- Log the payment and give them credits or a recurring spot, with a monthly cut-off.
- Everything shows up in “Sales” and “Who owes me”.

Payments that take days to clear aren’t offered when booking a single class: only for packs and memberships.
5. Paying at the studio and in-person monthly plans
When someone pays you in cash, by transfer or card terminal, log it on their profile in one tap and give them credits or their recurring spot.
The in-person monthly plan is for regulars who pay at the start of each month: log it once and the panel reminds you the next month. “Who owes me” shows at a glance who hasn’t paid yet, and “Sales” shows the month’s total, separate from online payments.
6. Cancellations and refunds
If a client cancels within the window you set, the credit comes back automatically. If she cancels late or doesn’t show, the credit is used.
If you cancel a class, everyone gets their credits back. Refunds of online payments are made from Stripe; in-person ones, in person.
7. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist doesn’t use credits. If a spot opens, it’s offered to the first person on the list; the credit is taken when the booking is confirmed, like any other.
8. What it costs
0% Corelia fees. Just Stripe’s fee per card payment (in United States, 2.9% + 30¢).
