Terms of service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version (Condiciones del servicio), the Spanish version prevails. [PENDING: confirm with your legal advisor]
1. Who we are and what we offer
Corelia Cloud is a service provided by [PENDING: owner] (Tax ID [PENDING: NIF]) that offers Pilates, yoga, barre and fitness studios a booking website, an installable app for their clients and an admin panel, hosted and maintained by us. These terms apply to whoever signs up (the “studio”). The service is aimed at professionals and businesses, not consumers.
2. Sign-up and account
To sign up you must provide accurate information and choose your web address (yourstudio.trycorelia.com). You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what the people you give access to your panel do. We may reject addresses that are reserved, misleading or infringe third-party rights.
3. Trial period
- Every new studio gets a 3-month (90-day) free trial with the features of the Pro plan, no card needed.
- During the beta, the trial starts on the day we activate your studio, and we let you know by email.
- We’ll remind you before it ends. We don’t charge anything unless you choose a plan.
4. Plans, prices and payment
- Essential: $29/month + tax .
- Pro: $49/month + tax .
- Multi-site: $99/month + tax (up to 3 locations; $19/month per additional location).
Yearly billing costs 10 monthly payments. Prices exclude taxes (VAT in the European Union and the United Kingdom; elsewhere, whatever applies in your country). They are charged in the currency we show for your country when you subscribe (euros, dollars, pesos…). Payment is made in advance, monthly or yearly, by card or direct debit through [PENDING: payment gateway]. If we change our prices, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice and you can cancel before they apply.
The payments you collect from your clients with your own Stripe account are yours: we take no commission on them. Stripe’s fees are governed by your contract with Stripe.
5. Term and cancellation
There is no minimum term. You can cancel anytime from your panel or by writing to [PENDING: email]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; [PENDING: confirm refund policy (e.g. no refunds for partial periods)].
6. End of trial, non-payment and cancellation: read-only and deletion
- If the trial ends without choosing a plan, if a payment can’t be collected after reminders, or if you cancel, your website switches to read-only mode: it can be viewed, but no new bookings or purchases are accepted.
- In read-only mode you can sign in to your panel and export all your data.
- After 150 days in read-only mode we permanently delete your studio and its data (except what the law requires us to keep). We’ll email you before we do. If you choose a plan before then, everything works again just as you left it.
7. Your data and your clients’ data
Your studio’s and your clients’ data are yours. You are the data controller and we are the processor, under the data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms. You can export the data at any time.
8. Acceptable use
The service is for managing your studio’s bookings and clients. You may not use it to send spam, publish unlawful content or try to access other studios’ data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with prior notice except in serious cases.
9. Availability, backups and support
We make daily backups and update the service continuously. We work to keep it available at all times, but there may be downtime for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Support is by email on the Essential plan and priority support on WhatsApp on the Pro and Multi-site plans.
10. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to what you have paid for the service in the 12 months before the event. [PENDING: review with a legal advisor]
11. Free software
The software behind Corelia Cloud is Corelia, published as free software (AGPL-3.0). These terms govern the cloud service, not your right to use the open-source code.
12. Changes and governing law
If we change these terms we’ll give you 30 days’ notice. They are governed by Spanish law and, for any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of [PENDING: city].
